Terry measured and quoted us, very knowledgeable, knows his stuff. Three 3 companies quoted me, Total Look Blinds were the cheapest and had a 5 year warranty.Terry & Joe installed the roller blinds, did a great job!Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Would recommend to family and friends.

Can't recommend enough! Awesome service all round. Terry, the scoper was so thorough and paid attention to every little detail. Our blinds were ready in the exact timeframe that we were given. The installers even came and installed them on a Sunday morning which was perfect so that we didn't have to take time off work. They did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

This is the second lot of blinds we have orderrd from Total Look Blinds. We purchased sun blinds about 8-9 years ago and they still look like new. We just purchased more sun blinds for other windows in our house. We are so thrilled with them. The blinds are great quality and the service is next to none. Would highly recommend Total Look if you are looking for high quality at a reasonable cost.

Total Look have done many houses for us now, they give top customer service with top class installers. We cannot reccomend them more highly for their quality and service. Roger our installer was amazing. Not an easy install with so many old windows being different sizes. And above all a lovely tradesman to be in your home.

What great experience! Terry (the salesperson) is so reliable, accommodating, and courteous. He had the patience to explain all options and provided highly valuable advice. Roger (the installer) was just as reliable and professional: he did a perfect and neat job at installing the shutters and blinds.I can only recommend Total Look Blinds, not only for their high quality, NZ made products but also for their customer service: they really do care, which is so refreshing nowadays. Excellent product and service - all lovely people to deal with especially in these awkward COVID-19 times. I have just had shutters put in my apartment instead of any curtaining and am loving these already. So many ways you can adjust them for various light effects. Their two installer guys were great! The photos are a little dark looking out towards the bright light, but I think you get the idea.

My blinds have gone in today and I am so happy with them! Terry was such a professional and really helped with picking the correct colour, advise on ranch slider blinds and is really kind. It made the process so easy! The staff at the office were so helpful when I called for updates as well! As always very pleased with the service and the product from the measure and advice received at the initial stage right through to the install. We have slimline blinds purchased nearly 18 years ago and now not as fashionable however they are still working well and able to be repaired or cleaned by the company.

Received my blinds today love them. I used T.L.B in my old house and they did a fantastic job Carolyn was so helpful and lovely. I have since sold my old home and just moved into my new home which needed new blinds as well so I phoned T.L.B once again and Annemarie came out to see me another lovely lady, she also was very helpful and Graham the gentleman who installed the blinds was great. Following our decision to install shutters into our bedrooms of our new home, I learnt that many companies had shutters made in China and these would take a while to get made and fitted with no service available for any repairs sums thus be required.After some research, I was very pleased to then find a NZ company who makes these to a high standard and in a timely process with follow up service available if needed. After contacting Total Look Blinds, they were quick to respond with a visit to my home to discuss all options, provide me with a clear understanding of how the shutters operated and then provided me with a clear and immediate cost on what I had decided to select.Since having these new shutters installed, I have been very pleased with the quality of the workmanship.From the first contact with this company, I have been so impressed with their service and the very pleasant people I have dealt with. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to use this company for their great service and people. Helen
