I had blinds installed by Total Look 13 years ago. I have had no problems with the blinds in that time so when I was looking to replace 2 ancient blinds to match the newer ones I found my old invoice and gave them a call. To my surprise the company is not only still going but still make the exact same blinds and still have my details from 13 years ago. The same guy came out to measure up! Cheerful, friendly and professional staff. Clear and prompt communication. Great product for a fair price. Lauren helped us pick up what was right for our house, and Jo was very prompt in communcation regarding quick installation. My wife and I had an excellent experience dealing with Total Look Blinds, when we got both sunblock and blackout blinds installed in our place. It started with meeting Jo in their showroom and then Lauren on-site for a quotation. They were both very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The installation was carried out by Carl which was done very efficiently and he was very helpful in explaining everything, as we had motorised blackout blinds installed.
